Return and Refund Policy

Adura Beauty UK – Pakistani Customers

We offer a 100% refund or replacement only in the cases mentioned below.


1. Broken / Damaged / Leaked Bottle (First Priority)

If you receive:

  • A broken serum bottle (glass)

  • A leaking or defective body mist bottle

  • Any product damaged during delivery

👉 We will replace or refund the product free of cost.

Mandatory:

  • Customer must provide a clear video while opening the parcel

  • Video must show the sealed package and the damage

❌ Claims without video proof will not be accepted.


2. 30-Day Usage Guarantee (Serum & Sunscreen)

  • Serum and sunscreen must be used continuously for 30 days as instructed.

  • If no results are achieved after proper usage, we offer a full refund.

⚠️ Refunds are not valid for:

  • Incorrect usage

  • Incomplete 30-day usage

  • Unrealistic expectations
