At Adura Beauty, we care about your happiness. If you get the wrong product or a broken item, we will help you. You must tell us about the problem within 3 to 5 days after you get your order. Please send us clear pictures of the package and product. The item should be new, unused, and in its original box. You also need to show your original bill to get a replacement.

We will only send a new product if we get your return in our warehouse within 15 days after delivery. Our team will check the item, and if everything is okay, we will send you a new product or give you a coupon for your next order.

We don’t take items back if you change your mind, pick the wrong shade, or choose the wrong product. We do not give cash refunds, only coupons or replacements. Items bought from our website can’t be returned at a shop, and shop items can’t be returned online.
